Abstract
One hundred patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM) were treated with high-dose chemotherapy followed by single or double autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT). Up-front treatment with a double ASCT tended to prolong progression-free and overall survival.Figures & Tables
