Abstract
Idiopathic myelofibrosis (IMF) typically presents with marrow fibrosis, splenomegaly, progressive anemia, and a leukoerythroblastic blood smear with dacryocytes. We present a patient with IMF who did not have dacryocytes.Figures & Tables
