In the published version of our article,1 there was a potential error and an omission.
(1) Figure 3C, PUMA and p21 panels.
By mistake, the p21 bands might have been included in Figure 3C instead of the PUMA bands. We correct this potential mistake and show here the correct western blot data with the relevant part of the legend.
(2) Conflicts of interest
A conflict-of-interest statement was provided by the authors and present in the version of the manuscript published online ahead of print (May 9, 2019), but by mistake of the publisher was not included in the finally published article. The omitted Disclosures statement is shown below.
Corrected part of Figure 3C.Conformational and functional restoration of mutant p53 by APR-246. Expression of p53 transcriptional targets PUMA and p21 in TP53-mutant acute lymphoblastic leukemia upon APR-246 treatment. Western blot, exposure to a solvent control (CTRL), doxorubicin (DOX, 15 ng/ mL), or APR-246 (APR, 5 µM) for the indicated times. The results of one representative out of two independent experiments are shown. See also Online Supplementary Figure S3.
